Summary

FloorDAO will launch a new round of bond sweeps across portfolio collections as voted by $gFLOOR holders. Bonds will target 15k $FLOOR capacity ($375k at $25 per $FLOOR) over a period of 10 days. Collections must receive at least 30% of vote weight to be eligible, since too low of capacity is not efficient.

In the previous Bond Sweep #3 (https://snapshot.org/#/floordao.eth/proposal/0xe588b9f70c914666ba715234ccd6513f0a03977b6d22bd87e54c73e9e3ea8259), we allocated bond liquidity capacity exactly as weighted among the collections.

For Bond Sweep #4, we will be following a similar format, with the exception of removing WETH bond as an option. WETH is crucial for all operations (sweeping, LP'ing, POL) so we will handle WETH separately. We will also be specifying an exact amount (15k $FLOOR) and timeframe (10 days), as well as a minimum threshold (30% vote weight), to observe the effect on market and vote dynamics.

Note that vote weights CAN BE CHANGED before the vote ends, so if you are paying bribes, wait until the vote end to release escrow payouts.
