Hire Nobi for full-time role starting from Q2 2023

Review

For the past year Nobi has been essential to the Floor Protocol community and operations, running the Discord, Twitter, and our NFT collections engagement. He has recently been ramping up on Treasury ops, and would like to expand his responsibilities helping manage positions including:

1. NFTX
2. Uniswap v3
3. Charm
4. Sudo
5. Caviar
6. Papr

As well as evaluating new risk-adjusted yield opportunities.

Current and New Responsibilities

• Engage with community on Discord, Twitter, and other channels
• Answer questions, contribute to discussions, and generally encourage DAO participation
• Meme and shitpost when inspiration strikes
• Manage and evaluate strategies for Treasury ops

Compensation

• The full-time role will target 50 hours per week
• $6,400 per month referencing guidelines from Olympus compensation process

Q2 2023 onward

The total OpEx for Q2 2023 onward, including this proposal (and excluding Hubert ending his tenure 🙏), would thus be:

1. Twade as Solidity Developer (30 hrs /wk @ $12,750 /month)
2. Nobi as Community/Ops (50 hrs /wk @ $6400 /month)
3. digital media agency for graphics ($2000 /month)

Total: $21,150 /month
