Launch now on ETH or wait for other chain support?

Shall we launch now on ETH or wait for other chain support? Fractional art support for Polygon or Arbitrum might come in 6 moths, a year or never. We have already voted for Polygon but Fractional art will not support it anytime soon. As per PhABC's request:

Could you initiate the vote? Whether to wait for Fractional art support of L2 / Sidechain (with unknown timeline) or launch on ETH now. I'm AFK from my main wallet with familiars in it until this Wednesday night
