What chain should $FLOOT be distributed on?

There have been discussions around distributing FLOOTs on other chains than Ethereum. The main reason is to reduce the gas fees involved in trading FLOOTs on mainnet, which will be significant for smaller trade. However, this comes with complexity, since the Loots will be locked in Fractional Art on mainnet but the FLOOTs would be on another chain. This means people will need to bridge their FLOOT back on mainnet to vote on the reserve price and other things. It also makes claiming Floot significantly more complex since the Familiars are on Mainnet.
