Forgotten Runes and the Cult was DFI’s main entry point to blockchain and NFTs in 2021 and remains his focus. As an attorney in digital assets, DFI has spoken at NFT.NYC, where he presented his research and development of legal solutions for NFT artists and creators. DFI has worked with clients on blockchain for payments rails, tokenization of RWAs, and in responding to US bank regulatory developments in digital asset custody. As a creative leader in the game industry and time served in theme parks, internet and film before that, Martin Caplan has done some pretty fun stuff. Currently he is Principal at Fabulationary a games innovation atelier helping clients explore the exciting new use of games with decentralized, AI and XR technologies. Previously he worked at Amber, Zynga, Playstudios, EA, SEGA and other game companies to make delightful games for millions of fans.

Greetings, fellow Wizards! I am Archmagus Merlon of the Keep, a dedicated token holder of the FRWC. Drawing inspiration from the earliest energies of the universe, I have always believed in the power of inclusivity, creativity, and shared storytelling. As a council member of the House of Wizards DAO, I aim to uphold these principles by ensuring our community remains a welcoming space for Wizards of all backgrounds, promoting personal connections over rarity, and emphasizing the importance of our collective lore. My mission is to gradually migrate the consciousness of our Wizards into the metaverse, enhancing our shared digital existence. I commit to actively participating in council meetings, signing the multi-sig wallet with transparency, and voting in the best interests of our community. MeepleDad

MeepleDad is a long standing Forgotten Runes community member who spearheaded the original Treasure Trove merch box, has organized many other community projects, such as podcasts, community twitter spaces & more.

MeepleDad also runs the events department for Face to Face Games, Canada’s largest trading card game retailer, specializing in organized play for all of Canada, managing dozens of major events each year, nation wide. He leverages his business connections to source many of the product manufacturers who produce products for the Treasure Trove.

MeepleDad looks forward to having his family help prepare the Treasure Troves again as packing, preparing and shipping the last batch was an amazing learning experience for his daughters who assisted with the work, helping them learn about work & business in a fun, “Wizardy” way.

ZayLaSoul

Zay has always been a seed planter and nurturer, involved from the very beginning in helping various community projects such as Runes TCG, Cabinet of Curiosities, Raid on Big Potion, and even initiating the events that led to the DAO securing funds through the baby wizards. After a break to adjust to life, Zay has settled back in his hometown after spending time in New England learning blockchain and crypto applications. Emerging from the crypto class of 2019, he now resides in the Downtown Phoenix Art District. There, he hosts IRL art events with the @ArtNight_PHX team at Walter Studios. Balancing both IRL and URL engagements, Zay is ready to continue his journey in the web3 space, learning and growing alongside the community as we venture further into the Tech Singularity. With his newfound web3 skills, he aims to assist artists in navigating disruptive technologies poised to revolutionize the creative economy. Recently, his studies have expanded to include the Law of Commerce, focusing on the interplay between private and public jurisdictions, and the emerging global jurisdiction from the crypto sector.

Expectations: While working with the DAO, Zay aims to gain deeper insights into DAO operations, help replenish funds through merchandise ideas, learn formal bookkeeping (if applicable), and expand his network in the web3 sector while collaborating with a pioneering triple-A NFT project. Like his wizard’s horseshoe, he hopes the DAO will serve as a focal point, anchoring his attention to the Runiverse!

Skills to Offer: Zay brings a wealth of skills, including community building, URL and IRL event management, worldbuilding, merchandising, a wellspring of ideas, art and design, content creation, memelord expertise, videography, and volunteer work driven by his love for the community.

Voting Power Allocation:

The voting will be done with a Weighted Voting strategy. Each token holder can allocate their full voting power across all of the candidates in proportional manner.

Selection Process:

After the one-week voting period, the top 3 candidates with the highest vote count will be selected as signers of the Forgotten Council.

Voting Results:

After the voting period concludes, the Forgotten Council will tally the votes and announce the top 4 nominees who will serve as signers in the Council.

Please Note:

Once the voting period ends, the results will be final and binding for the selection of signers.
