HIP-17: Forgotten Runes: Runiverse Trail

Summary of the Proposal:

We are trying to create a simple way to interact with the Runiverse and shape larger lore narratives, provide utility for every Forgotten Runes related token, and start building a collection of assets to make available for future DAO projects.

We will deliver a MVP (minimum viable product), which will include a three month campaign, and ConsciousNFT set up and trained on the Runiverse to be used through their front end as well. In addition to the game, we want to make the assets available for future DAO funded projects. This includes, but not limited to, use of artwork generated, source code for the App.

Specifications:

Total project estimated to cost $24,000 – broken down to: Graphic Design Time: $5000 ~330 hours @ $15/hr Development Time: $9000 - 600 hours split between 3 people @ $15/hr Story Design Time: $3000 Two people, 100 hours each @ $15/hr. Sound Track: $2000 at $1 per second of delivered audio. ConsciousAI integration: $5000

TOTAL: $24,000

25% paid out to start work, 25% when we have a working demo, 50% upon completion of the project.

We are estimating this should take around 3-6 months to execute on. Month 1: Finalize actionable plot points for every week of the quest, start world building and working on prompts for choices. Finalize RAG model incorporating Runiverse lore. Develop and integrate initial storytelling capabilities with the ConsciousNFT platform. Design and start work on front end. Choose a direction for the music & start recording. AI art generations for scenario screens.

Month 2: Build out rewards features, wrap up front end design. Implement character leveling and skills system for Runes holders into ConsciousNFT. Continue further developing scenario logic + prompts. Start work on more complex systems like sailing and factions. Alpha test for game. Finalize marketing strategies.

Month 3: Implementing changes from Alpha test. Beta testing for game for feedback on new systems. Finalize OST, artwork, prompts, smart contracts. Polish website and app.

Month 4 - 6: Launch the game for the first quest (12-13 week duration).

Additional Comments & Notes:

If this passes ConsciousNFT's lone proposal won't need funding. The scope of this project covers the scope of that project.
