Summary of Project

666 ORDINALS in THE QUANTUM SHADOW At the heart of The Shadows lies the intrigue of secret societies and mythical archetypes, drawing inspiration from the the Illuminati, the Freemasons, and the elusive Satoshi Nakamoto himself. Our narrative delves into the realm of the 'quantum shadow,' a mysterious and metaphysical force that binds the destiny of our Shadows. These tokens are part of the FRWC ever expanding universe and needs to be represented in the DAO. Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) are designed to operate in a trustless and decentralized manner. Effective governance within a DAO is essential for its sustainability and success. This proposal outlines a framework for implementing voting rights to Shadow and Shadow Hat holders to ensure community participation and decision-making in a fair and transparent manner.

This proposal is put up by @Henboyd to allow for participation and voting rights for Bitcoin Ordinal Shadows and Shadow Hats as currently the DAO does not formally recognize the voting power of these holders.

Establish a structured voting mechanism to include Shadow and Shadow Hat holders by ensuring fair representation of all DAO members, promote decentralized decision-making, maintain security, transparency, and efficiency in governance.

Eligibility:

Current holders of the following tokes are allowed to vote with their respective weights: Warriors-1, wizards-2, pony-4, soul-8, beast-50. We propose the Token-Weighted Voting for Shadows = 16 and Shadow hats =50. Each token represents one vote, ensuring influence scales with investment. The formula for this is based on initial mint price / investment and rarity of said tokens as compared to the tokens in other weights.

Implementation:

This would be the responsibility of the DAO to figure out how to implement and to dedicate the needed resources for implementation.

Project Goals

To have shadow holders vote in the DAO

Specifications

Some Implementation Ideas include: Smart Contract Development: Build and deploy voting smart contracts that automate vote counting and execution. Voting Interface: Develop an intuitive interface for community members to cast votes. Implementing a well-structured voting rights system is essential for the success of a DAO. By ensuring fair representation, security, and efficiency, this proposal aims to enhance community participation and governance in a decentralized manner. Next Steps:

Open discussion period for community feedback.

Revision of the proposal based on feedback but will be put forth during the next voting session.

Deployment of the governance framework in phases if the DAO needs time for implementation. The ask is for the community to vote on this proposal on to allow the tokens and the weights proposed or to not allow this part of the FRWC ecosystem into the DAO activities

Funds Requested

NO funds requested. Voting rights only

Additional Comments & Notes:

We propose the Token-Weighted Voting for Shadows = 16 and Shadow hats =50. Each token represents one vote, ensuring influence scales with investment. The formula for this is based on initial mint price / investment and rarity of said tokens as compared to the tokens in other weights.
