Recently, we executed a buyback and liquidity add. This had the effect of restoring liquidity to be the same as the adjusted levels prior to the original liquidity removal in December. However, with lower volume and prices, the optimal level of Protocol Owned Liquidity is likely significantly lower, to minimize IL and maximize capital efficiency. We propose to remove approximately 50% of liquidity in the Fort-MIM pair, reducing the liquidity to 10% of the market cap (note more or less than 50% may be removed as needed to achieve the 10% target). We would then burn the Fort, reducing Fort inflation.
