FORT-0008 Replace PeachPie with Xibumi on FORT MultiSig
PeachPie has stepped down from FORT due to personal issues.
Xibumi joined FORT as an investor, and helped spread knowledge and understanding about the product.
He demonstrated leadership and integrity, building trust within the community.
Thus, he was picked up by the management team as a valued part of the team.
Today we propose adding him to the multisig, and then removing PeachPie.
