FORT-0013 Add Sir CuriouslyCory to FORT MultiSig

Imago Arcem has stepped down from Fortress DAO due to recent events. It is dangerous to have the treasury funds under a 3/3 multisig. To ensure the security of the Fortress treasury, we would like to add another member to the Fortress MultiSig.

Sir CuriouslyCory is currently working for Fortress DAO as the frontend and backend developer. He is a respected member of the community and has contributed to Fortress DAO significantly.

Thus, he was picked up as a valued representative of The Fortress DAO community.

Today, we propose adding him to the MultiSig.

The overall result of these changes will result in a 3/4 MultiSig with Xibumi, Sicut Ultionem, Avraham Eisenberg, and Sir Curiously Cory.
