FIP002: Diversify our Treasury to include CRO

This proposal is to decide on whether to diversify our Treasury to include $CRO.

Motivation

Being in the Cronos ecosystem, we are very bullish $CRO and will like it to succeed along with the rest of the ecosystem. We will like to include it in our Treasury but with the lack of a decentralized oracle for $CRO on Cronos, we are unable to implement $CRO bonds safely.

As such, we are proposing to take 10% of our Treasury and swap it to $CRO and accumulate it.

There are pros and cons for this swap.

Pros

• Accumulate $CRO in our Treasury so we can benefit from it's growth

Cons

• Reduce RFV of Treasury and our Treasury will be exposed to volatile assets

Quorum Standards

The option with at least 50% of the votes will then be adopted.

• Swap 10% of treasury to $CRO
• Do not swap and leave treasury as it is
