FAO-0005 Transfer of IP Rights to Holders

Currently, you are granted limited IP rights to your Ted and FOTF still owns the copyright on the designs.

This proposal, if approved, would release the full IP ownership of every Ted minted previously, and in the future, to whoever holds the Ted in their wallet. Digital ownership will be verifiable through the blockchain and IP rights pass to each new user upon the sale of an item.

This proposal includes a .2 transfer of ETH out of the treasury to cover the cost of the legal documents to actually release the IP rights.
