One-time retroactive payment of $500 to Villainsky for July service on comms committee

Abstract:

This proposal seeks to award retroactive payment of $500 in $APE coin to the communications committee members who were mistakenly left off the initial proposal where this payment was authorized.

Bevs has chosen to voluntarily forego this payment, which means this proposal would authorize a one time payment of $500 in $APE to Villainsky for service on the committee for the month of July.

Details: The motion to add Villainsky and Bevs to the communications committee went live for voting on July 1st and passed July 6th, and both began working on the committee immediately afterwards (https://snapshot.org/#/foundersdao.eth/proposal/0xcc8129bc2ec40ac07c19e78c712956abc020a6ce6ef03fad2ba7e92869ce23b9).

A proposal to update the compensation of the communications committee and award retroactive payment for June and July was passed on August 4th (https://snapshot.org/#/foundersdao.eth/proposal/0xdde57b93800011e28533ec91248309d0b8f72f05122a407428f0423b85d599d7).

This proposal was not written by the communications committee and failed to include the two new members for the month of July–only awarding payment to melvincapital, zentensivitst and westcoastwalker.

Given that both Bevs and Villainsky served on the committee during July, it is fair to award them the same retroactive compensation.

Bevs, who is now employed by Pixel Vault Inc, has voluntarily chosen to forego this payment.

Upsides to the proposal: -It is important for the DAO to operate professionally and compensate people for their time. It is only fair to award the same pay to all members of the communications committee.

Downsides: There would be a one-time cost to the DAO of $500. This is the same amount that the proposal to compensate the communications committee awards to all members for each month served.
