Adopt Ethereum Node Services Agreement

The purpose of this proposal is to approve the Ethereum Node Services Agreement (“Agreement”) between Pixel Vault and the Founder’s DAO that implements the vote of the Founder’s DAO set forth in a prior snapshot vote.
