The objective is to remove an inactive member within the DAO to an active member, who has already been approved as a prior signer and to see out the remainder of the current term up to December 18th 2024. Motivation: The loss of SanLeo is felt around the DAO however by replacing SanLeo with daniel g, is a step forward in getting our DAO back on track and up to date to begin functioning and acting like a DAO again. Addition of daniel g as a multi-sig member, allows us as a DAO to get proposals potentially approved faster by having more active members. Updating the DAO's documentation and records to reflect the change in multi-sig members. Also being a prior signer means his wallet is already pre approved and does not require payment.

Execution: The proposal will be executed through the following steps: Founder's DAO members will vote on the proposal and provide feedback. If the proposal is approved, the DAO will initiate the process of removing SanLeo as a multi-sig member. Daniel g will be invited and on boarded as a multi-sig member again, following the DAO's established procedures. Until the current term. The DAO's documentation and records will be updated to reflect the new multi-sig member composition.

Benefits: The proposed benefits of switching multi-sig members are as follows: Inclusion of an active member will benefit by ensuring there are more members available to process future transactions and signatures on our multi sig wallet and responsiveness to community requirements.

Drawbacks: The potential drawbacks of the proposal are as follows: Loss of SanLeos expertise and contributions in a technical and developer aspect is felt through the PV team as well as within the Multisig team (He has already left the community). Time Zones will also play a role with all members' availability to process transactions at the same time.

Outcomes: The expected outcomes of the proposal are as follows: Successful replacement of SanLeo with daniel g as a multi-sig member. Improved MultiSig Team participation by adding more active member(s).

If this proposal is voted against enacting, we will have the same team for the remainder of the year, making the DAO proposal approval and enacting process a lot harder and longer.

Feedback and progress reports on future proposal outcome progress shared with the community. The updated multi-sig member composition and documentation will be reported to the Founder's DAO community.
