Move Quickswap liquidity to Balancer

Vote if the current project-owned liquidity on Quickswap v2 (Polygon) should be moved to new pools on Balancer (Polygon) along with new liquidity.

In the recent Snapshot Proposal Claimed $ARB Tokens on Arbitrum, the result stated that 1/3 of the claimed $ARB tokens should be used to provide liquidity on another network besides Arbitrum.

That might be a good point in time to move from Quickswap to Balancer, since that opens up better options for the future.

At the moment of writing, the project itself holds following liquidity on Quickswap v2 pools:

WETH:FRACTION Pool: Pooled ETH: 0.399 Pooled FRACTION: 0.0355

MIVA:FRACTION Pool: Pooled MIVA: 69.455 Pooled FRACTION: 0.0304

Proposed steps:

1. Retract all assets from these 2 pools
2. Prepare FRACTON & MATIC on Polygon with 1/3 of the ARB Airdrop funds
3. Open a new FRACTION:WETH:MATIC Pool on Balancer on Polygon
4. Open a new MIVA:FRACTION Pool on Balancer on Polygon
5. Fill these two pools
