Move Symmetric liquidity to Balancer

With the launch of Balancer on GnosisChain, the proposal suggests to move the project owned Symmetric V1 liquidity to new Balancer pools.

45% MIVA / 45% FRACTION / 10% WXDAI pool

• 100 CPT liquidity token
• Contains 42.3K MIVA / 0.0146 FRACTION / 71.065 WXDAI
• TVL: 710.75 $

50% SYMM / 50% FRACTION pool

• 100 CPT liquidity token
• Worth 616.466 SYMM / 0.0051 FRACTION
• TVL: 221.2 $

50% MIVA / 50% FRACTION pool

• 157.8884017 CPT liquidity token
• Contains: 2.9K MIVA / 0.001 FRACTION
• TVL: 43.98 $

Proposal:

1. Retract all assets from these 3 pools
2. Swap SYMM for GNO
3. Open a new MIVA:FRACTION:GNO Pool on Balancer
4. Open a new MIVA:FRACTION Pool on Balancer
5. Fill these two pools with each half of the retracted assets
