Move Sushiswap (Avalanche) liquidity to Balancer (Avalanche)

Vote if the current project-owned liquidity on SushiSwap (Avalanche) should be moved to new pools on Balancer (Avalanche).

With the recent merge on Balancers Tokenlist, which added FRACTION on new chains to the whitelist and opened the possibility to create pools on Balancer v2, this proposal suggests to move SushiSwap v2 Liquidity to a new Balancer AVAX:FRACTION pool.

At the moment of writing, the project itself holds following liquidity on Sushi v2 pools:

FRACTION-AVAXPool: Pooled AVAX: 12.4564 Pooled FRACTION: 0.00799278

Proposed steps:

1. Retract all assets from Sushi
2. Open a new FRACTION:AVAX Pool on Balancer on Avalanche C-Chain
3. Fill this pool with those assets
4. Move all LP Tokens to the LP Account
