Operational Lead

Elect Rene (multi signer and Ross’s lifelong friend) as the operator to oversee day to day operations of FreeRossDAO including:

• Community leader
• Press liaison
• Onboard and oversee DAO moderators/contributors/volunteers
• Recruiting for new DAO operations roles.
• Coordinating community town halls.
• Summarizing updates and progression of the DAO.
• Cat herding DAO members to vote on snapshot proposals.
• Wearer of multiple hats as needed during the early stages of the DAO.
• Crowdsource ideas for proposals from the community and prioritize proposals to push thru governance (owner of drafting proposals and submitting to - Advisory Council before publishing on snapshot.org)
• Execute on proposals that pass governance

*The operational lead would have autonomy in using funds to cover day to day operational expenses. (payouts under 5k usd - monthly budget of 20k)

Time Period: 3 Months (ending March 31st) Compensation: None

Advisory Council

The ONLY role of the 4 person Advisory Council is to review proposals for any potential harm to Ross BEFORE they are published on snapshot.org. If the Advisory Council believes the proposal may cause harm to Ross or efforts to free Ross then the Advisory Council has the power to veto the proposal with a 3 vote threshold. The Advisory Council understands that they should not be a roadblock to pushing thru proposals and thus is committed to voting within 48hrs of being summoned. If the Advisory Council does not vote within the allotted time or fails to reach the 3 vote threshold then the proposal is deemed to be not a threat to Ross and will be published to snapshot.org.
