FWB members are keen to contribute quality proposals that drive cultural value and token utility. By educating our community on governance, token mechanics, and proposal development, we strengthen our community's ability to shape FWB's future.
We will select 30 FWB members for an 8-week program focused on bridging this gap, providing workshops and collaborative space to submit high-quality, community-led proposals for FWB Token use cases. The top 3 proposals will receive $1k in prizes each to implement their projects (totalling to a prize pool of $3k USD in FWB). For the remaining 27 out of 30 proposals, there is an opportunity to rework these and resubmit for vote to the DAO.
This proposal leverages FWB's success in driving onchain adoption through cultural programming whilst focussing on immediate token utility needs, alignment with FWB’s governance process and upskilling FWB members in Web3 creativity and cultural production.
Strengthens FWB positioning as the cultural hub for onchain communities
Creates a pipeline of culturally-aligned projects driving quality use cases for $FWB
Demystifying the process for community proposal submissions, and providing an inclusive environment for member participation
Upskilling, education and Web3 career development for FWB members through Foundations, Practice and Portfolio submissions.
Each week builds upon previous learning while maintaining focus on creating sustainable token utility through cultural production. Each module includes:
