By considering options like venture capital or joint ventures, we aim to establish a sustainable financial and operational foundation for the festival, ensuring its growth and stability without compromising FWB's finances.
Why: To alleviate the annual fundraising stress and ensure a stable financial and operational foundation for FWB FEST, allowing for focused planning and execution, and securing the programming and festival operations teams.
