Hack Heroes Grant

Voting ended almost 5 years agoSucceeded

Summary

Reward those who stepped up to help FWB in its time of need with a one-time FWB Pro grant of 250 FWB.

Abstract

There were a number of heroes who stepped up to help FWB above and beyond what was asked since the FWB Classic hack.

As the first proposal to the FWB DAO, I’d like to allocate a fixed allocation of 250 FWB to each of the following community members.

  • clinton | synthetix
  • andy | synthetix
  • 0xLucas
  • breadbot
  • ejwessel

Each of these actors played a key role in the deployment of FWB Pro, stepping up in various ways to support the community in ways that suited their skillset.

This proposal also grants an additional 125 FWB to both Clinton and Andy, both of which have been instrumental in helping to set up various other community tools.

Motivation

Without these actor's help, FWB Pro would not be live today.

This small grant is a small thank you for the hard work that went into bringing FWB Pro to life in under a week’s time.

These tokens grant enough for each member to essentially have lifetime access to the community.

Specification

Send 1500 FWB to a staff wallet, to be distributed to the various actors using the wallet of their choosing.

For the sake of the Hack Heroes privacy, those wallets are not shared in this proposal.

Benefits

Grants should be allocated to those who produce extraordinary amounts of value for the community without asking for anything in return.

This allocation shows that FWB is a community that gives back to those who exceed expectations, and sets a great precedent for future work.

Drawbacks

Granted tokens will be fully liquid, meaning each of the above actors is free to trade them as they see fit.
