Whitelist the OHM Fork via "69420 Frogs" NFTs

This proposal was born within the Discord of the Frog Nation DAO community https://discord.com/invite/frognationdao.

1. CONTEXT Walter_Crypto was clear in his proposal to create an OHM Fork to accept other OHM Forks as collateral, including Daniele's tokens (spell, ice, time, mim):

"0 VCs, 0 Whitelist, 0 Friends, 0 Private Group, Etc ... The first to arrive are the first to be served. All frogs matter. "

But community members have proposed and want a vote to whitelist the OHM Fork launch for the original minters in the 69420 Frogs NFT Collection.

One of the incentives of 69420 Frogs NFTs was to be entitled to the Whitelist in the next projects, some frogs have proposed and liked the idea of upcoming OHM Froks as the first project for the whitelist through the NFTs.

2. TO KNOW

• NFTs are on Fantom chain and OHM Fork is on Avalanche chain. If the proposal passes with "YES", we already have the technical solution to do this, discussed and approved.
• The whitelist will only last for 3 days, after that the Bonds are open to the public.
• The launch of the NFT collection will be communicated in discord within a few days, join to stay updated.
• There is no OHM Fork launch date yet, but definitely in January.
• If you mint 1 NFT and transfer or sell this it, you are still approved for whitelist.
• There will be a maximum bond allocation for each minting address, the maximum amount is still under discussion with community.

3. BENEFITS Using NFTs as a system for whitelisting and launch participation allows us to have these advantages:

• NO Vampire botting the contract or bot sniping the contract.
• active frog members from community have access priority, as it should be in any DAO.
• everyone will have time to win at least 1 NFT to enter the Whitelist.

The alternatives will be direct public launch in two ways: a) bond with all pairs available as expected the first time. b) bond only with $MIM up to $500K and use lock 20% as liquidity, then open bond with all accepeted assets.

This creates the risk of "sniping by bots and informed people", allowing them to grab a large percentage of the supply.

4. DEADLINE The deadline to be admitted to the Whitelist is to MINT at least 1 NFT at https://69420frogs.com by the end of the year, before midnight on December 31, 2021.

5. VOTE

• Vote "YES" to confirm the use of NFTs as a Whitelist system.
• Vote "NO" to confirm public launch of OHM Fork with no Whitelist.

Voting takes place via the $WagMe token, available on spookyswap, token address 0x35bd272c88d2dc370509689ddbe5259e1b50d34d
