Purchase Land in the Shib Metaverse

This proposal is to decide whether to not to use project funds to purchase a plot of land in the Shib Metaverse.

We would buy a plot as close as possible to the "Rocket Pond" area, close to the source of our main ingredient - frogs. If more funds are gathered in the future, we can potentially expand to adjacent plots, if available, to hold a larger area. See the map @ https://map.shib.io/#/

The cost would be 0.5 ETH (plus gas), which is currently within the amount set aside for project costs (~0.75 ETH at the time of this proposal).

This would allow us to utilise the Shib Metaverse in the future for both $TOAD and Frog Soup.

Custody of this land would sit with the Head Chef/Frog Soup wallets and would be considered owned by the project and community. Decisions on how to use the land in the future could be voted on here.
