TOAD: Hold vs Burn

This proposal is in regards to the use of burn-allocated funds held by Frog Soup Cafe.

From its initial days, a 33.3% portion of Frog Soup mint funds has been set aside for buying + burning TOAD, as suggested by the community. Since then, over 10ETH has purchased and burned 889B TOAD, removing it from circulation permanently.

It has been raised recently that this TOAD may be of more value being held by Frog Soup Cafe for investment and future use, rather than burning it. This is certainly true in that it has much more potential and future flexibility, and held TOAD can always be burned at a later date if deemed appropriate.

In this proposal, Frog Soup holders are invited to vote on whether the TOAD purchased with burn allocated funds should continue to be burned OR whether that TOAD should be held be the Frog Soup Cafe.

Whatever the outcome, it shall be honoured from the closing of this proposal.
