Bridge to Polygon

We are using FUCD in ETH which is gas extensive and therefore expensive. We can move to Polygon which heavily speeds up the process and is far less gas than Ethereum layer 1. It will take some onboarding to get people used to Polygon, but this proposal is to move FUCD to Polygon.
