Recruit Badteeth

This proposal is contingent on FUCDAO selling chickens passing. Transfer the 6 remaining chickens to Badteeth to flip them for profit above floor with an end date of September 28, 2021. After that date, all Polygon WETH from sales and any remaining chickens will return to the DAO.
