FSB Token is relaunching

FSBv1 token will no longer be used in any fashion. FSBv2 will be the only token that the FuseStreetBets project/community will be acknowledging The new version of FSB Token will be a token that reflects in $fusd. A new name is needed for FSB token so there is no confusion between the 2.
