FSBP#10 FSBv2 bonus to holders.

It is FSB's intent to reward it's current holders for supporting the Project. We want to do this by adding a % to the amount airdropped at time of launch. How much should be added? example: For each FSBv1 token held 100 FSBv2 +5% = 105 would be dropped to current holder* 100 FSBv2 +10% =110 would be dropped to current holder*
