FSBP#2 APEX partnership

FSB has the opportunity, to partner with APEX project. FSB will match the liquidity that layer 1 APEX comes up with. 1/2 of the total Layer 2 APEX tokens would be sent to the FSB treasury. The other 5% would stay in the FSB treasury forever. Earning the reflect in fuse for the FSB project. FSB would sell 1 FSB token from the treasury to provide some of the liquidity for this. The remaining amount would need to be provided by FSB holders. Partnerships like this would ensure the the longevity and profitability of the FSB project, earning us passive income. FSB would have no controlling interest in the APEX project, we would only be proving financial backing, and helping to ensure the project always stays alive.
