Proposal: Whitelist ICHI DAO

Summary

We propose to whitelist ICHI DAO's Treasury (Gnosis Safe) as a pool creator.

Background

Admin control for the ICHI pool (https://app.rari.capital/fuse/pool/136) has been transferred to ICHI's Community Treasury Gnosis Multisig. This multisig controls the ICHI farm contracts and Olympus LP contract. Whitelisting ICHI DAO as a pool creator will enable this pool to be Verified.

Motivation

ICHI Pool is the first lending pool which supports all ICHI assets and oneTokens Once the pool is verified, ICHI DAO will spread awareness about the first lending platform that supports all ICHI tokens. This paves the way for a possible future Rari integration with ICHI's website
