Whitelist IndexCoop DAO as Pool Creators

Summary

We are proposing that Rari whitelist the IndexCoop DAO as Fuse pool creators. Initially, the goal is to provide a market for IndexCoop Products.

The pool will initially contain:
 DPI (DeFi Pulse Index) USDC DAI FEI ETH ETH2x-FLI (supply & borrow only, no collateral)

With the intent to add BTC2x-FLI (supply & borrow only), MVI, and INDEX (collateral only), as well as future products once accurate compatible oracle solutions are ready.

In the future, as Fuse and Rari are further developed, IndexCoop will work closely with Rari DAO (and other Rari franchises [ex. Rake]) to integrate on other chains and consider the use of Rari’s fuse pools and aggregators in future products.

We are big fans of Rari and can't wait to get started on Fuse!
