Update the LTV for each asset in Pool 9 to 85%.

Background

In order to remain competitive in the growing Fuse ecosystem, Pool 9 should optimize its parameters and attract more capital. To this extent, we propose to update the LTVs for all stable assets in the pool to 85%.

Abstract

This proposal presents new LTV params for all the stable assets in Fuse Pool 9.

Motivation

This proposal can optimize the LTV for each stable asset in Pool 9 so that the pool remains competitive in the growing Fuse ecosystem.
