Summary

This proposal is to whitelist the handleDAO as a pool creator, verifying the existing troopersGarage Fuse pool and giving handleDAO the ability to create new verified pools.

Background

Handle.fi is building a multicurrency stablecoin protocol.

The pool enables users to deposit the native handle.fi governance token, FOREX, and deposit a range of stablecoins against it. Whitelisting handleDAO as a pool creator will enable this pool to be Verified.

Motivation

troopersGarage is the first lending pool for FOREX.

Once the pool is verified, handleDAO will spread awareness about the first lending platform - RARI - that supports FOREX as collateral.

The handleDAO may also leverage this pool to take loans out against FOREX.

For - Whitelist handleDAO as pool creator and verify pool #72, troopersGarage.
