Should the Fuse DAO support the MachinistDAO V1 grant

Proposal: Create the foundation of a launchpad backed by a decentralized reserve currency called MAC, including designing and launching a user-friendly frontend dApp to stake and bond MAC token which will be the backbone of V2 (governance) and V3 (IDO community driven launchpad).

V2 and V3 will be submitted as separate proposals after V1 is launched.

Grant: $20,000 in Fuse Tokens on Fusenet.

Payment schedule: $20,000 in Fuse Token upfront at project start.
