Where do JEW (10) and TEWIT (24) start?

With KHUN (5) out for a couple of games (minimum) we’ve looked at different options across the back 4 all pre-season.

WIN (29) has spent a few weeks away with the army and has come back in prime fitness and raring to go, according to the coaches he is looking outstanding in training - he’ll start. Next to him will either be JEW (10) or TEWIT (24), this will be your decision to make.

Both will start, however, the question is who starts in midfield and who starts at the back? JEW (10) has proven time and time again how good he is in both positions, however the coaches feel now that he can last 60 minutes in centre midfield as opposed to 90 minutes in defence. Having his experience on the pitch is invaluable, but where is he best suited.

TEWIT (24) has been outstanding as our go-to centre back since we were formed, however the coaches feel that as his game has adapted, he’s now more suited to the Declan Rice role, allowing Ian Beale to push forward more.

It’s a tough choice as this may shape how we play going forward. And it’s your choice to make.
