[GP33] Galxe Shop - Requesting Additional Reward Allocation

Moso, a platform incentivizing online shopping with crypto rewards, proposes a continuation of its collaboration with Galxe. This partnership aims to maintain Moso’s white-labeled version of Galxe Shop, enabling Galxe users to continue earning $G tokens at enhanced rates. Moso requests an allocation of 2,160,000 G tokens from the Galxe DAO to amplify reward rates by up to 5x, reaching 100% at selected merchants. Moso proposes a 10% token fee of the requested grant allocation that will be redistributed to users monthly on the Galxe Shop leaderboard who holds a top 50 ranking.

Motivation

Since the release of Galxe Shop five months ago, Moso has seen incredible success. Moso has driven $200,000+ in purchases, registered 75,000+ sign-ups, and driven $100,000+ in $G rewards back to users. This new proposal aims to continue supporting and furthering the Galxe and Gravity ecosystem.

Overview

With this proposal, Moso aims to maintain Galxe’s white-labeled shopping experience and multiply cash back rewards. The 2,160,000 G tokens will serve as a reward multiplier to continue increasing platform engagement and onboarding new users to the Galxe ecosystem.

To increase gamification and shopping trips, Moso will dedicate 10% of the total tokens allocated to the user’s monthly leaderboard ranking.

To further alignment, Moso will integrate Gravity Chain into Galxe Shop where users can begin to claim on-chain loyalty points on Gravity for their purchases. For every purchase made on Galxe Shop, a transaction will be recorded on Gravity.

• Continued maintenance of Galxe’s white-labeled Shop
• Maintain an exclusive reward rate structure for Galxe users.
• Implementation of promotional campaigns to highlight the increased reward rates.
• Integration of Gravity Chain to Moso for on-chain point claiming.

Timeline/Budget

• Integration of Gravity Chain: Development and integration are to be completed within one month following the passing of the proposal.
• Budget: 2,160,000 G tokens for user rewards & 240,000 G tokens for maintenance and support. Moso promises to redistribute the 240,000 G tokens back into the ecosystem to top users on Galxe leaderboard and to Galxe campaigns.
• This budget will last for 6 months through various forms of reward multipliers.

Conclusion

The purpose of this new proposal and requested refill is for Galxe to continue establishing itself as the leader in the market of crypto rewards for online shopping. Moso aims to continue onboarding new users to Galxe’s ecosystem and distributing $G back to community members at the same rate we’ve seen during Moso’s first grant allotment.

To reach a new milestone, Galxe’s Gravity Chain will be the first L1 integrated on Moso increasing Galxe’s presence on Moso. The new proposal will now see many on-chain transactions being recorded on Gravity, powering the growth of the Gravity ecosystem at a critical time.
