Establishment of Finance Committee (Extension)

Background:

• The previous proposal called for three non-permanent member nominations for the Finance Committee, but there have only been two nominations received by the end of the proposed nomination period
• An extension of the nomination period is hereby proposed

Proposed extension:

• Nomination: from 13 Sep 2023 (UTC+0 00:00:00) to until all three non-permanent Committee members have been elected
• Voting: 1 week immediately following any new nomination
