[GP3] Treasury Multisig Update

Voting ended about 3 years agoSucceeded

This proposal suggests changing two Multisig signers, Kelvin from Spartan Group and Joanna from Galxe team, due to no longer being able to participate as the Multisig signers for various personal reasons.

Synopsis:

The current Multisig signer Kelvin from Spartan Group can no longer participate as a Multisig signer due to personal reasons. Additionally, signer Joanna from Galxe team has informed the DAO that they are unavailable to participate in Multisig transactions, which may cause operational difficulties. Therefore, it is in the best interest of the DAO to replace both signers Kelvin and Joanna with new signers to ensure and maintain the effectiveness of the Multisig.

Introducing the new signers:

Boyang - Founder of Project Twelve, P12 for short. Prior to P12, Boyang built the No.1 mobile gaming platform in China with 12 million daily active users. Boyang received his education from National University of Singapore and Yale University, majoring in Computer Science.

Mani - Head of Community for Galxe. Mani is a long-time crypto enthusiast and community builder with over 5 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in various community-oriented positions in the past, has built multiple communities from the ground up, and has previously contributed to multiple DAOs.

The updated Multisig signer list is as follows:

Mani - Galxe Team Boyang - Project Twelve
Steven Lei - Galxe Community Anne Well - Galxe Team Shiyu - CyberConnect Mable - STEPN Fico - Galxe Team Hiker - Galxe Community Tian - Galxe Team

These Multisig signer changes are necessary to ensure a smooth operation of the Treasury Multisig and the Galxe DAO.
