[GP26] Treasury Multisig Update

This proposal suggests changing one Multisig signer, Fico, due to no longer being able to participate as the Multisig signer for various personal reasons.

Abstract:

The current Multisig signer, Fico, is unable to continue participating due to personal reasons. To ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the Multisig, it's imperative for the DAO to replace Fico and appoint a new signer.

Changes to be implemented:

• Fico to be replaced as a Multisig signer by Yumin from the Galxe team.

The updated Multisig signer list is as follows:

Mani - Galxe Team Boyang - Project Twelve Steven Lei - Galxe Community Joanna - Galxe Team Shiyu - CyberConnect Mable - STEPN Yumin - Galxe Team Hiker - Galxe Community Tian - Galxe Team

These Multisig signer changes are necessary to continue the seamless operation of the Treasury Multisig and the Galxe DAO.
