Given that the objective of GAS DAO is to lend voice to Ethereum network users & promote decentralized opinion forming, the 15% token allocation to founders creates the risk of disproportionate voting power with a limited number of people. More so when the per-user airdrop was capped at 0.01% to ensure a fair distribution. For the DAO to be credible, the voting power needs to be more distributed.
The proposal is to significantly reduce the token allocation for the founders and move the rest to the DAO Treasury. The revised allocation to founders should be finalized through a separate voting.
