This is a delegated proposal according to the information provided by host of the hackerhouse Noah, submitted by Constantin.
viaPrize.org is the only platform in the world that allows anyone to create a crowdfunded prize (AKA "bounty") to incentivize the creation of public goods. This innovative solution overcomes the tragedy of the commons through peer-to-peer collaboration rather than bureaucracy.

ViaPrize is organizing a hackathon on Oct 6-8 that includes a democratic voting system on how to add funds to public goods ideas on how to best build community coordination tools.
During the hackathon, the host will give each person at the Zuzalu inspired pop-up city called "muchiangmai" $60 of voting credits, we ask organizers to tell us problem statements that make organizing the community difficult, then we ask the community to propose solutions/project ideas, then they use their voting credits and that determines how big the prize pool will be for each project idea.
When someone builds the project and it's ready to be used by the community, then they win the prize One idea for example is to build a tool to recognize and retroactively award contributions from community members.
There are forty hackers from a dozen countries here in 4seas including from Singapore, USA, Spain, Korea, Brazil, India, Belgium, France, China, and Taiwan! This is the first large event held at 4seas and is extremely helpful in planning out future events such as WAMO.
As discussed in the weekly meeting of 2023-10-05, Noah is also building the CMF project. https://themasterfool.substack.com/p/proposal-for-community-mutual-funds
