Implementation Plan:

  1. Finish the contract and send the money
  2. Coordinate with foresight for public goods sharing part (maybe Twone as she is the only researcher who will be in Istanbul)
  3. Design the bounty? (Or we can just choose to give money to winning teams)
  4. Join the tele group to connect with devs
  5. Join the event and connect with builders and guest speakers
  6. Review the winning teams and pick up projects that GCC wants to donate in the future
