Bounty proposal For Public Report Researchers

Introduction

This proposal seeks approval for the allocation of the flexible bounty budget of 1500U besides the confirmed 5000U budget from the previously sanctioned funds for the Public Goods Report. The allocation will be based on the completion status and quality of the report, adhering to the predetermined criteria.

Background

Assessment Criteria

The disbursement of these funds will be based on the following criteria:

• Completion of assigned tasks by each team member.
• Quality of research and written content. -Effective coordination and project management.
• Any additional contributions beyond the initial scope.

Proposed Disbursement Plan

If we decide to allocate the budget, it will be distributed among the lead researcher and assistant researchers in a 4:3:3 ratio. The additional compensation for each researcher will be determined by two factors: first, the percentage of the 1500U we decide to allocate for rewards, and second, the amount assigned based on their role.
