Proposal to Change GCC Voting Committee

Background & Benefit to GCC

Based on participation for past proposals and GCC contribution process, we discussed about the proposal to reshuffle the GCC voting committee to better reflect the current situation.

According to GCC provisional rules, this vote require 2/3 of the participated votes to pass. The quorum is 5.
