Proposal to Distribute GCC Retrospective Reward Plan

Background

Since the inception of the idea of building GCC, a digital commons for public goods related to global Chinese-speaking community, multiple contributors made efforts to this common goal. From discussing the mission and vision of GCC, to executing the GCC proposals and plans, their work and efforts laid the foundation of the GCC today, thus their efforts should be rewarded.

Proposed Reward Rules

This Retrospective Reward Plan is conducted in self-reporting form, the cut-off date is for contributions earlier than August 1, 2023. No more application is accepted by the time of this proposal is live on snapshot.

Most of the work and contribution are compensated according to the following standards:

Operations (including liaison, host etc) 20 USD/h Design 30 USD/h Research and technological advice 30 USD/h Discussion and Participation 12 USD/h

The proposer concisely reviewed the forms and made some minor adjustments according to work reviews and cost of living.
