[Addendum] GDAO Allocation for Q4 2020

And additionally allocate 100,000 GDAO, distributed across 10 team members, for their work through October through end of year, 2020:

50% of tokens allocated to each individual will be delivered upon execution and 50% will be vested with "streaming" unlock (1/n tokens claimable every block) through the end of Q1, 2021.
