GDAO Allocation for Q4 2020

With no concerns raised in response to the discussion post regarding the proposal, we will move forward to voting on the first allocation of treasury funds, 100,000 GDAO distributed across 10 team members for their work through October through end of year, 2020:

50% of tokens allocated to each individual will be delivered upon execution and 50% will be vested with "streaming" unlock (1/n tokens claimable every block) through the end of Q1, 2021.

A majority of all votes cast must be "for" and 1% of total supply in participation is required for vote to pass.
