GDAO Allocations for Q1 2021

This proposal outlines the allocation of 84,000 GDAO, distributed across eight team members, for their continued work on Governor DAO for the duration of Q1, 2021.

100% will be vested with "streaming" unlock (1/n tokens claimable every block for n blocks) through the end of Q1 (March 31), 2021.

All 84,000 tokens will be allocated to handler (Jeff) at: 0x26e76280F0C4477726B8a1Dd9AC4996c5c7bADf8 to distribute (per the outline of the vesting stream) to recipients:
