The community establishes a representative system

Eleven representatives from different countries are selected, the representatives can be either large position holders or small retail, and all representatives are required to pay 10 billion gdo as a deposit.

The representatives are used for the management of the community, supervision, and how to fairly ensure the interests of each person in the community, etc.

They are replaced by quarterly elections.

Rights and duties of delegates.

• Review proposals from the community and initiate them
• All proposals require the approval of 2/3 of the 11 delegates, i.e. 7 delegates, in order to submit the proposal and ensure fairness.
• Represent the interests of the entire community to keep the treasury over-signed, etc.

Proposal system

After the consent of the delegates, the delegates initiate the proposal and the community votes on it for no less than 3 days unless all the delegates agree 100%.

Non-delegates cannot initiate proposals and can only vote.

建立社区代表制度

选取不同国家的11名代表，代表可以是持仓大户，也可以是小散，所有代表需要缴纳100亿GDO作为保证金。

代表用于对社区的管理，监督，以及如何公平保证社区每个人的利益等。

每个季度选举更换一次。

代表的权利和义务：

• 审核社区的提案并且发起提案
• 所有提案需要11名的2/3的同意，也就是7名代表的同意才可以提交提案，确保公平
• 代表全体社区利益保管国库多签等

提案制度

在经过代表的同意后，由代表发起提案，社区投票，除非全体代表100%同意，否则投票时间不低于3天。

非代表无法发起提案，只可投票。
